This is a smaller bronze sculpture which is not mounted to a granite base. It depicts a nude girl standing on her toes and reaching out towards a dove. The base is signed "Le Faguays" as well as other letters and round stamps which are difficult to make out. The piece measures 21.5 inches tall, 4 inches wide, 6 inches deep.

Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: Pierre Le Faguays (or Raymond Guerbe, 1892-1962) - French sculptor Signed on the base in the cast ‘Le Faguays’ with other letters that I wasn't able to decipher I am afraid, and a foundry seal which may be the one from ‘Le Verrier Paris’ (?). This is a figure of a female nude standing on tiptoes; her left arm is reaching out upwards towards a dove. This is a typical Art Deco sculpture with a dynamic shape. Height: 21.5 inches high, 4 inches wide, 6 inches deep The condition looks very good overall. Once again, the estimation highlighted in red above is based on comparables. The subject work’s size, the composition, condition (based on photographs and comments provided), as well as the artists’ current auction market were taken into consideration when determining the estimate.
