German antique fashion doll

This doll is from Germany. There is a marking on the back of the neck that says Germany and the number 167. It was a fashion doll that would be shipped to the US with the latest fashions so women could see the latest fashions before purchasing. It is in good condition (from what we can tell) but does show some age in the arms and legs. The hair is real hair. The face seems to be made of porcelain. The eyes are blue. The lips are painted pinkish-orange.

Dimensions

It is 23 inches long. The legs are 10.5 inches long. The arms are 8.5 inches long. The head circumference is 13.5 inches.
