Dear Renata, Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal enquiry. Your painting is a copy of the well-known painting by Thomas Gainsborough, part of the National Gallery collection in London. The signature is unclear, and I am sorry to say that I couldn't identify the copyist, who is probably from the 19th century. The condition is excellent; it comes in an intricate gild frame showing signs of wear and tear.
