Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a set of small silver spoons and a small silver forks, both decorated with a double headed eagle, rocaille and foliage. There is one "800" silver hallmark but not german Standard hallmarks halfmoon and Crown nor any other hallmarks which would indicate the Country of origin. The decorted parts were apparently cast in a mold, the general execution is rather simple. This could have been made in the Balkans in the first half of the 20th century. The estimate is based on similar offered or sold at auction.
