Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A Continental European style mother-of-pearl and line-inlaid mahogany roundabout corner armchair
In the French taste, late 19th Century
The low curved inlaid back over a pointed inlaid splat flanked by square section spindles, downcurving square-section arms raised on serpentine supports, over a slip seat with serpentine front, all raised on square-cut cabriole legs ending in square pad feet.
