Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage Colonial Revival style walnut and tray-top tea trolley American, early/mid 20th Century Surmounted by a removable framed glass top with brass handles at each end, the frame fitted with two hinged demilune dropleaf "wings", raised on cylindrical turned legs joined by a shelf stretcher, on rear wheels and pad feet.
