Dear Floyd, After researching Otis Pearce Cook’s work, I am afraid to say that his use of watercolor remains unknown. Otis Pearce Cook (1900- 1980) was mainly an oil painter and I suspect that your item is a high-resolution reproduction of an original painting of his. I can only judge the work through the images that you have provided, and it seems to me, especially by looking at the top right of your image that the wobbling appearance of the paper suggests that it is too thin for any works other than printed. Therefore, I am afraid to say that your work is not an original by Otis Pearce Cook. I hope won’t be too disappointed. This artist is interesting though, a real find visually! Best regards, Karine
