Considering the photographs, overall pattern, porcelain quality and the colours, I concluded that this is a Partially Enhanced by Hand Transferware made by Sarreguemines Company in France. The piece is a true antique and dates back to the period from 1850 to 1870. This piece belongs to The Sarreguemines' Nations series which the company represented many countries from the Western World. The piece specifically designed to represent the United States at the time, therefore it might have a higher collection value in the US. The piece was decorated by transfer method, and was enhanced by hand paintings in various points. The piece depicts a native American couple or a fatehr and a daughter during their dily life. The girl depicted laying on the hammock while the male figure is depicted smoking tabacco. The piece has florally decorated motifs on it's border and it has the Nations' series mark underneath the piece. The "4B" impressed mark under the piece near the mark is also certify the period of the piece. The mark is styled a as a divided earth figure, mostly showing Europe. The piece is in good condition withotut any significant problem, just glaze cracks normal for the age.
