The presented object appears to be an original watercolor painting, depicting an assembly of neon signs, which measures 22 x 30 inches in its frame and is signed "Milton" at the bottom right corner in reference to the American artist, David Milton, who is active in California and known for his watercolor scenes of classic Americana. Other than a benefit auction for the Laguna Art Museum, I was not able to find any records for this artist on the secondary market. However, based on recently achieved auction results from similar artists, I believe that a fair market value would be $400 to 600, though retail and asking prices may vary.
