Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A 1779 Continental $60 bill printed by Hall & Sellers with engraved borders signed by N. Donnell and (indistinct) on Ivy Mills wove paper 3-1/2 by 3-3/4 inches CONDITION: ungraded. With some minor wear but generally in good condition.
