This type of porcelain decoration items were mass produced starting from mid-century. Your piece is one of the modern interpretations of this type. The painting quality is very low as you can detect and these type of item can only be suitable for touristic purchases. In the artistic sense it does not really have the merits. Piece is covered with floral patterns in different colours and "Meander" motifs were applied to the rim and the base part as decoration. Piece's mark underneath the base is used in 1970's to 2000's.
