Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage Colonial of Zeeland chiming mahogany grandfather or tall case clock made in Zeeland, Michigan, circa 1979, serial number "7906550" The arched and domed case with complex molded cornice over a tombstone-shaped door opening to an engraved brass and silver dial surmounted with moon-phase dial, Arabic chapter ring, setting to play "Whittington," "St. Michel" or "Westminster" chimes, the tall glazed (glass-panel) case housing a lyre-form pendulum and three cylindrical brass weights, labeled to the interior of the door, on a box(?) base. 80 inches tall CONDITION: client reports this is in good condition; value assumes no breaks, repairs or damage PROVENANCE: unknown $ 600-900* *represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
