Clara Inness painting

It’s a painting on canvas stretched over wood and has a wood frame. The canvas is 16” x 20” without the frame and 17 3/4” x 21 3/4” with the frame. I think it’s an oil painting but I’m not certain. It looks like a fall scene with trees and a path going through it. It’s in very good shape no cracking chipping or anything on the painting. The dark wood frame has 16x20 faded on it as well as 960 but could’ve been added later not sure how old the frame is. It’s signed C. Inness in a dark color on the bottom left of the painting.

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese production line painting from the "painting village" Dafen in southern China. Painting reproductions have a long tradition in China, but this type is typical for the late 1980s and later. You can order a near identical painting rolled up without frame for less than 10 USD today including shipping. The artist "C.Inness" does not exist, it is a pseudonym used by hundreds of factory workers. The estimate is based on similar paintings actually sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
