The piece dates back to the period between 1930-1960. The decorational elements of the piece includes a depcition of valley surroundered by large rock hills and countless trees as well as a fisherman and possibly his humble house. This type of decoration was a common theme in Chinese painting since the early 14th century. Of course the more eleborate examples were created during the Qing dynasty. This piece of your is of course considerably modern but adapts a classical style with numerous details and an appropriate colour palette.
