TITLE: Ladies, stainless steel, water resistant (3ATM), squarish with slight curve, quartz, center seconds wristwatch with date, ‘Tank Francaise’ model with a stainless steel Cartier bracelet with concealed double deployant clasp, Case No. CC708177, Ref. 2301, made by Cartier, Geneva Switzerland, circa 1995. No paperwork or box present. DESCRIPTION: Case: Size not supplied but assumed to be the ladies 25mm x 30mm, a two leaf, polished and brushed stainless steel, with octagonal cabochon sapphire-set setting crown (quartz watches will keep running without winding as long as battery holds out), concave case back secured with 4 screws and two end links marked CCEBA which are screwed to the case and part of the link bracelet. There is a sapphire crystal over the dial and the watch is integrated via the end links to a stainless steel Cartier bracelet with concealed double deployant clasp. Dial: Guilloche (Engine turned) silvered square dial with enameled black radial Roman numerals having the secret Cartier signature at VII, square open bar inner minute track with curved corners, date aperture @6. Blued steel épée hands and center seconds. The dial is signed “Cartier Swiss”. Movement: With Swiss quartz standardization and timing. State of battery not known. Dial, case and movement signed are triple signed. CONDITION: Case – Moderate amount of scratches on the sides on bezel of the case as well as on the bracelet. Back cover is in very good condition. Quite a few surface marks made make the case condition good at best. Dial: The guilloche dial is in excellent condition. Movement: Not shown nor evaluated but assumed a timed and standardized Swiss battery powered quartz movement. Overall condition is 'good". It just does not have the finish I see in the comparables examples, except for the one with the leather strap. I would suggest that you ask slightly less than the fair market value to attract buyers.
