This is a vintage, 20th century, dated 1966, authentic Maison de Cartier porcelain bud vase featuring a panther and tropical birds that was produced in Limoges, France. This comes with its original box and it is in excellent condition. Although the gold is real, there is no longer a precious metal meltdown value as the cost to extract the gold would exceed the value of the amount extracted.
