Regretably, most of the auction results for this maker bring very little money at auction. Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: An antique Bawo & Dotter parcel gilt porcelain bowl made in Fischem, Austria, probably circa 1900 Of oval section and gilt shell-form handles at each end, the shaped sides decorated with portrait medallions of Rococo style figures with sunburst borders surrounded by gilt fleur-de-lys, marked to the underside, in a white glazed ground overall with shell and scroll decoration overall. 3 inches high, 13 inches long, 9 inches deep CONDITION: rubbing to some of the gilt highlights and the marks.
