Hi Kristi, Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. This is not Arab or Turkish art but Iranian or Indian. The calligraphic inscriptions express good wishes to the owner. Unfortunately, it's not very old - late 19th Century when the Orientalist movement was at its height and probably/possibly made for the tourist trade. Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: An Iranian or Indian enamel-inlaid brass vessel 19th Century Of circular section, with flaring rim and conical neck over a bulbous body with inscribed decoration and enameled with calligraphic inscriptions that convey good wishes and felicitations to the owner, on a tall foot. 6 inches tall CONDITION: This appears to be in good condition.
