Blue & white vase with iris

Vase is blue inside with half white exterior & an iris flower that outlined in what looks like lead. The vase has this lead outline almost giving it a stained glass look. It’s marked on the bottom with 66 or 77 depending how you hold it. It has some sort of sign if I can’t make it out. In that signature are 2 dots that almost look to be placed in center of what maybe the letter “e”. I believe the flower to be an iris

Mid century slip caste vase with white glaze and hand decorated detail. Hand painted blue around collar of vase, a window grid pattern ground with iris flower. A great vase, in good condition. In slip casting, a slurry of clay and water is poured into a porous mold, usually made of plaster. As the mold is rotated, the slurry coats the mold wall, and water is absorbed into the plaster, thereby drying the slurry closest to the wall. After some time, the mold is emptied of the excess slurry. This is a mass produced base; being cast from a mold. The indentation at the base is from a pin stand that the vase would be placed upon during the glazing firing. This is to allow the glaze to seal to the ceramic with as much coverage as possible. 12 inches height x 4 inches diameter.
