Beaver Skull Stick

This item is roughly 24 inches long. One side has what looks to be a beaver skull, the other side has what looks to be a snapping turtle paw. There are seemingly handmade beads throughout, some of which look to be turquoise. It is bound in some sort of leather from the paw to the skull. It also has two tufts of some sort of fur close to both ends.
