The presented object appears to be an offset print on a textured paper with the measurements of 20 x 18 inches. This print is a reproduction after the watercolor made by Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) with the title "Femme à la fleur". This reproduction was made in the second half of the 20th century and the signature is not original it was printed with the image. It has the edition 53/200. This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 10 to 50 USD.
