A 14K Gold "Pink Sapphire"& Diamond Ring, American, probably 1950's four claw-set with an oval mixed-cut stone, within a textured white metal surround, between open shoulders, shank stamped 14k, 1 3/4 cm x 1 3/4 cm. I recommend Gem Lab or gemmologist verification as I doubt the stone is natural pink sapphire
