Antique Miniature Doll

This is another heirloom doll that has been passed down the generations. We don't know the age, but given other heirlooms, we guess this is another late 19th century piece. She is very small, measuring only around 4.5". The clothes are intricate, but have clearly not aged very well. We cannot tell the material that makes up her head, arms and legs - seems like a soft stone (alabaster?). Under her dress appears to be made of sackcloth/hemp? I can't seem to find similar dolls on-line, although something close was listed as a "Antique German Miniature Parian Doll ca1880 from frederickpine". There are no obvious identification marks.
