The written name by the black paint on the back of the scroll says "Peony". This is likely the name of the decoration, it is a specific kind of flower pattern. The painting is incrediby precise and surely a work of a true master. Especially if you pay attention to the details of the butterflies as well as the flowers, it is impossible to miss the painting quality. General decoration of the piece is floral and depicting a scene from a natural landscape in Chinese style. The wooden box is also helps us date the piece, can be referred as very old by taking a look at the signes of old age.
