Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: An antique Italian Baroque style marquetry inlaid walnut veneer and ebonized bombe slant-lid desk late 19th/early 20th Century Of rectangular section with inlaid top over ebonized sub-top, the slant lid opening to a divided amphitheater interior with shaped drawers, pigeon holes and shaped prospect door, the shaped case sides with marquetry panels, over a case fitted with three(?) long drawers, all raised on outset paw form front feet. 48 inches tall, 48 inches wide, 24 inches deep CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in generally good overall condition with wear commensurate to age and use.
