Hello! Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. It is a beautiful gilt pendant with hand-carved natural semi-precious stones and hand-made anthropomorphic decorations depicting christian and royal symbols. Such vintage jewelry are being offered at auction on a regular basis. Gilt often involves silver or another base metal with gold deposited on it by a chemical or electro-deposition process. Because gold can be applied in such thin layers, gilt allows an object to appear more luxurious with authentic gold, but without using a large amount of gold.
The design of the bracelet with the double chain is also in good condition and appears form late 19th century, French style. This type of pendants begun to become fashionable again after having laid in jewelry boxes for many years. I believe that it would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction because of the very unique design and the many special charms.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialized online jewelry auction, where I believe this necklace has the best chance. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m happy to help.
 Thank you
