The piece dates back to the period between 1900-1920. The piece is entirely made of solid wood. Details of both interior and exterior decoration as well as the constructural parts were made with a lot of care and with details. It is visibly a four storey house with a basement, ground floor, first floor and an attic. It depicts the classical independent American housing unit in the late 19th and early 20th century. Roofing system is also accurately depicted. The original colours and the paint of the piece has worn off during time and due to use. It has a porch on the ground floor and it's railings are also detailed and represented. The frames of the windows are also represented accurately as well. Interiors, staircases and floor are intact and represented. Probably had also furniture that is matching the concept of the time but now lost. The piece is in fair condition with visible signes of age and use, in need of restoration. Entirely hand made. Dimensions: 34 Inches High by 31 Inches Wide and 25 Inches Deep Condition: The piece is in good condition without any significant problem other than various white stains at the bottom.
