Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: An antique Victorian carved walnut writing desk American or English, mid/late 19th Century The rectangular molded edged top surmounted by a superstructure with gallery over two short drawers and a recessed area, the case fitted with short drawers, a velvet-lined tray, and a hidden drawer with brass push-button, all raised on bulbous ring-turned supports. 39 inches high, 36 12 inches wide, 25 inches deep CONDITION: appears to be in good condition with some sun fading and minor losses to elements that need replacing.
