Bought this bureau in 2005 from an estate sale in a home. The resident was born and died in this home at the age of 95. Bureau was with this man ( from his parents ) his whole life. Estimated age of bureau is 120 years. Material is cherry wood. All wood joints are dovetailed. Dims are 35"H x 50"W x 24" deep.

In the English taste, late 19th/early 20th Century
The rectangular top surmounted by a shaped mirror, the corresponding case fitted with three long drawers with applied trim, on short cabriole legs ending in casters.
35 inches high, 50 inches wide, 24 inches deep
CONDITION: wear appears to be commensurate with age and use
PROVENANCE: purchased at an estate sale
