I believe it is an Annie Harmon. The painting is framed, the painting itself is 6.5 inches wide, 9 inches in height. it is a painting of redwood trees I think. There is a signature at the bottom, I believe it says Annie Harmon.

She was a student of William Keith (1838–1911) and belongs to the group of California plein-air artists. The painting in your possession is quite typical for the artist and the signature matches known originals. The estimate is based on similar items actually sold at auction.
