Hello Dewane, I’m very glad that you chose Mearto for your online appraisal, Considering the photographs, overall pattern, composition and the inlay, I concluded that this is a Hand Made Likely Pakistani, Afghan Made Khyber Pass Copy Contemporary Flintlock Pistol. These pieces were made by touristic sale purposes in Khyber Pass region of Pakistan. These copies were made to replicate the antique pieces starting from the 19th century. This dates back to the period from 1980 to 2009. We can observe that the quality of the craftsmanship pn the piece, inlay quality and the wood work is not compatible with antique pieces. The piece was inlayed by a ivory like material and florally, geometrically decorated. The piece is in good condition without visible problems. Hand made. Dimensions: Pistol Length of 18 Inches by a Barrel Length 12 Inches Condition: The piece is in good condition without visible problems Provenance: Purchased from Afghanistan in 2009 by the current owner. 50-100$.
