I *think* this is a full size cello - the most useful dimension is the length of the body, which at full size is about 30 inches (there can be some variation among maker). Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage full sized cello American or European, early/mid 20th Century With spruce front (should be flamed maple on the back), ebonized fingerboard, tuning pegs and frog.
