I recommend regrading at an internationally well known Gem Lab eg Gubelin/SSEF Switzerland
Yes Gubelin/SSEF are the Rolls Royce of Gem Certificates and greatly respected in HK & worldwide. Certainly my provisional certificate is conservative for such a large stone but it's crucial that the certificate states the country origin and no heat or any treatment whatsoever.
