Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage American cobalt-decorated two-gallon stoneware crock unattributed maker, late 19th/early 20th Century Of circular section and cylindrical form, with molded rim, impressed '2' and with applied floral cobalt decoration; otherwise apparently unmarked. 12 inches high, 8 inches diameter CONDITION: asymmetrical rim, cracks, chips and firing flaws throughout.
