The bayonet and scabbard have different serial numbers. The bayonet is a E. & F. Horster, Solingen, stamped 43asw on one side, the other side has the serial number 0394 with an unknow mark under the stamp. The scabbard is stamped with W.K.C. 1938 , Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Company, serial number 8199 with an M under the serial number. And there is a green web frog. According to a web page, this frog was used in the Deutsche Afrika Korps and it only lasted 2 years. These frogs are very scarce. The Bayonet blade is in good condition with no unusual marks. The hilt is wood and steel, no unusual marks, some rust. Scabbard has rust and normal used marks. The frog has stain spots and some thread unraveling on wrap that goes around the bayonet hilt.

Probably the scabbard and the bayonet itself don't belong to each other. The bayonet was made by E. & F. Horster, Solingen, and the scabbard by W.K.C. (Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Company). Additionally, this piece has a green cotton frog probably of the Afrika Korps. This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 120 to 240 USD. This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
