Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. This 18 karat gold necklace is in good condition. The main stone is an approximately 7 carat synthetic ruby of good color and clarity. The setting appears to be sound. The polish of the gold shows some dulling and light wear, but is overall in excellent shape.
