Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. This is a Spanish miquelet patilla from the late 18th century. This piece is in overall good condition. There is some shrinkage of the stock around the metal parts, but no serious cracking or deformation. The barrel has some pitting and surface corrosion present, but appears to be sound. Other than the missing top piece, the lock is in good condition. The ornamentation of the piece is still legible and crisp. Given the condition of this piece, and completed auctions of similar items, a fair market estimation is 1,000-1,100 dollars. Please reach out with any questions. Bo Stuck
