What does this mean?

Dear Catherine,

Thank you for your help and patience.

The presented object appears to be a mid-sized lithograph in colors on paper with unknown measurements. The print depicts a woman in a Mexican costume drinking from a bowl. This print was made and hand-signed with pencil by the Mexican artist Francisco ZUÑIGA (1912-1998). It was made in 1983 and has the edition 22/100.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 800 to 1.200 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
