This appears to be an etching inspired by the Salvador Dali engraving ''Figure Rouge avec Portrait de Quevedo'' from the suite "Visions of Quevedo" from 1975. This is either a complete fake or it was pulled without authorisation from the original plate. You should always try to avoid buying "e.a." prints. Most forgers use these unnumbered editions.
