What does this mean?

This is a work by the 20th to 21st century artist Warren Djorlom who is of Aboriginal descent and resides among the Kwinjku people in the Arnhem Land area of Australia. The work is made with natural pigments and sometimes eucalyptus bark is the medium. The artist depicts mimic and mimi figures which are spirit beings who existed before humans. The mimi are depicted on the famed rock art in that area. The estimate is based on actual past auction record sales of comparables.
