This vase is a kind of blue and white, murky colored, piece with figures painted on the surface. It is from an auction three or four years ago of estate effects in Los Angeles. It appears that scholars are convening for some purpose in the scenes. It measures 10.75 high by 6.25 wide. It is heavy, so I wonder if it is stoneware, versus porcelain or ceramic. It has Chinese characters and English on the bottom. Update: Now, you have the proper mark for this piece that shows the mark as clearly as I could make it.
I don't see the English, and the Chinese character marks are too blurry to read. Is it possible to get photos that show those better?
Many thanks in advance,
