I bought this item at auction it was described as yard art and covered in about a quarter inch of hard dirt.It came on a custom-made stand which led me to believe that it was not yard art. It has a red yellow and green rod holding up the main part. The middle finial is made out of wood and his colored and the rod comes to a sharp point at the end which balances in a hole drilled at the bottom of the base. I have taken a soft bristle toothbrush to it to try to remove most of the dirt. I haven’t found any initials or signatures yet
