Vanity with Mirror is part of a 3 piece set. This was given to me by my Grandfather (born in 1917) who passed in 2012. Vanity has casters with wooden wheels. Age of item is unknown but he had it from before I was born and I am 52 years old. Let me know if you need additional pictures. Vanity dimensions 48" wide x 32" high x 19" deep Mirror dimensions 21" wide x 56" high

Thanks for confirming that this isn't painted.

Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage Colonial Revival style walnut mirrored vanity
Unattributed maker, Probably American, probably 1940s-1950s
Centering a tall arched mirror flanked on either side by three stacks of long drawers, all raised on short turned legs on casters.
Overall height 56 inches; width 48 inches; depth 32 inches
PROVENANCE: inherited from grandfather

It is not painted. I guess the way the lighting was gives it that effect.
