What does this mean?

Dear Simon,

Thank you for the additional images and your patience.

The presented object appears to be a brass or bronze figurine with the measurements of 12 inches height. The figurine depicts a panther or lioness hunting an antelope or goat on a tree. This piece was made in the second half of the 20th century probably in Asia and added with a European signature. Emmanuel Villanis worked with totally different motifs for his sculpture.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 60 to 120 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
