What does this mean?

Dear Simon,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. My sincere apologies for the delay of the apprisal.

The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on cardboard with the measurements of 14 x 10.5 inches. The painting depicts the face of a boy or girl with red hair. The painting is not signed and was probably made in the 20th century. Either it was made around 1910 or in the second half of the 20th century. It appears to be titled on the revere side with "The lost Youse". The frame was made around 1900.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 70 to 150 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
