Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a mixed media painting by Ting Shao Kuang丁绍光 (1939) ( also transcribed :Ting Shaoguang) of possibly the mid 1990s, possibly with the title "chinese civilization".
Recent auction results have been quite diverse, they are within the spectrum listed above. The perfect provenance should benefit the possible auction result.
