What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a touched up photographic reproduction print of the late 20th century after the painting "The Luncheon of the Boating Party" by Pierre-Auguste Renoir. The painting which was painted in 1881; french title " Le déjeuner des canotiers" measures 51 x 68 inches and is on display at Phillips Collection in Washington, D.C.
These reproductions of a small scale were made for home decor. The estimate is based on similar reproductions offered or sold at auction.
