Your bowl is made in China in late 20th century. Many Chinese porcelain items bares marks but rarely they express the period it is made. In fact Mark & period items are very rare. It means the items are of such high quality that the Emperor and his staff has approved bearing his hall mark. Your piece bears a ming mark but is made much later. I'm sorry to say the bowl is of little value. I hope you still enjoy it.
