Width:5mm Height: 5cm One larger diamond centered by two layers of smaller diamonds

My fiance had the band in storage at one time was his grandmothers...he designed the ring he wanted and had jeweler build the existing ring from the base already owned. I never saw the original ring before redesigning occured and I don't have any idea what already was there and used in new design, or if the redesign is 100% new and not including preexisting features
