I believe it is a tibet buddha (not sure of the name) with four arms, with a halo. I have been told this is a bronze. It's around 8inch tall. It looks like the bottom has been sealed separately and consecrated. the seal has a flower shape. Maybe a lotus? I have been doing some research online and it looks like this statue has been consecrated by a monk. I would love to hear more about it.
